Outcome:

  • Set up employer of Record: New international sales staff are currently working in the Double M Office due to ENAR’s lack of a physical representative office. Consequently, Double M has assumed responsibility for employment administration tasks, including arranging business visas, managing payroll, tracking attendance, handling social security benefits, managing contracts, covering business trip costs, paying international phone bills, and providing office space and desks for a period exceeding six months.
  • Training Development: New international sales hires participate in an onboarding session to receive training on company culture and product knowledge at our manufacturing facility in Zaragoza, Spain.
  • Building Relationships with existing distributors: at the first three months, new international sales focus on building relationship with primary distributors in Indonesia.  As a result, the new sales exclusive distributor renews the contract and commitments to repeat orders to ENAR for more than one year. 
  • Partnership Development: New international sales start cultivating strategic partnerships with potential distributors within Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Singapore. the sales representative’s efforts to raise brand awareness, expand market reach, and differentiate the company from competitors.
