It is important to note that every change being made must always be reported to the governing authorities which is the Immigration Office nearest to your residence.

Second, guarantee letter and power of attorney with stamp duty (meterai)
Third, copy of ID Card, ITAS/KITAP, and Domicile Letter.
Fourth, original and copy of passport with the following add-ons: original and copy of RPTKA, IMTA notification & DPKK for foreign workers, Business ID Number & Business License for foreign investors student permit for students, research permit for researchers, family card/birth certificate/marriage certificate for families, WNI documents for repatriates, and documents from guarantor company for elders.
